Preaching the Values of Compassion

The year’s event was quite an elaborative one coupled with attractive additions to the customary practices of the Children’s Day celebration observed by Sparsh. Renowned Assamese actor Kapil Bora was invited to inaugurate the event. The event was very fruitful with a number of events organized by the united efforts of the teachers of Sparsh, the students and their parents. A handicraft exhibition cum sale was organized by the Junior Sparsh students along with a science exhibition put up by the Sparsh High students. What’s more, the mothers also executed their cooking skills by organizing an exhibition of eatables prepared by them.

The event concluded with the community meal which was equally enjoyed by everyone alongwith the invited underprivileged children followed by the distribution of school stationeries,clothes, etc.
