Angel Boruah

Angel registered as a lifetime volunteer in 2021. She feels these five years have been one of the most meaningful and rewarding experiences of here life. During this time, she had the opportunity to learn and contribute to the education, well-being and overall development of the underprivileged children. Throughout this five years’ journey she worked with fellow volunteers in activities such as Diya painting, Collection of left over pages and putting up food stalls to raise funds for the Yasashi Education Centre. She believes working with Yasashi has strengthened her skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, and organization skills. More importantly it has taught her empathy, compassion and social skills.
