Kiah Sharma Kalita

Kiah is a volunteer at Yasashi Foundation who contributes across education, outreach, and communications. She led the Foundation's Notebook Initiative, coordinating the collection and repurposing of half-used notebooks into new notebooks for children. She also volunteered as a teacher at the Foundation's school and participated in a field survey to better understand the circumstances and challenges faced by the beneficiary families.
Beyond fieldwork, Kiah contributes to the Foundation's website through content writing and supports the Foundation's public relations and volunteer engagement efforts by assisting with volunteer communications, onboarding new volunteers, and handling official correspondence.
